4 Brixton Motorcycles Unveiled In India: Cromwell 1200X, Cromwell 1200, Crossfire 500X, And Crossfire 500XC

These bikes will be assembled in India and launched in the upcoming months, by the festive season

Austria-based Brixton Motorcycles has unveiled four motorcycles in India: Cromwell 1200X, Cromwell 1200, Crossfire 500X, and Crossfire 500XC. The brand has partnered with Kolhapur-based KAW Veloce Motors, a subsidiary of KAW Group.

Brixton Cromwell 1200X

The Brixton Cromwell 1200X is an urban scrambler, complete with tubeless block-pattern tyres on spoked wheels, and fork gaiters. The overall design gives off a clean and rugged old-school scrambler appeal. It’s powered by a 1222cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine that makes 83PS at 6550rpm and 108Nm at 3100rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. It has a telescopic KYB fork, and KYB rear shocks. The front wheel is 18 inches with a 110-section tyre while the rear is a 17-inch with 150-section tyre. It has an 800mm seat height and a 235kg kerb weight. With a claimed mileage of 21.74kmpl and a 16-litre fuel tank, the Cromwell 1200X should have a range of about 347km. It’s priced at an equivalent of Rs 10.32 lakh in Europe.
