At Brixton Motorcycle, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience when you pre-book the Crossfire 500 X, Crossfire 500 XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200 X through Motohaus. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

1. Pre-booking Cancellations and Refunds

Summary: You can cancel your pre-booking and request a refund under certain conditions.
Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your pre-booking for the Crossfire 500 X, Crossfire 500 XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200 X, you can do so by contacting our customer support at [+91 80801 13117].
Timeframe for Cancellation: You can cancel your pre-booking up until [5] days before the scheduled delivery date.

2. Refund Amount
