At VLF India, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience when you pre-book the Tennis 1500W through Motohaus. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

1. Pre-booking Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your pre-booking and request a refund under certain conditions.
Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your pre-booking for the Tennis 1500W, you can do so by contacting our customer support at [+91 80801 13117].
Timeframe for Cancellation: You can cancel your pre-booking up until [5] days before the scheduled delivery date.

2. Refund Amount
Full or partial refunds may apply depending on the circumstances.
Full Refund: If you cancel your pre-booking within [5] days of making the booking, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Refund: If you cancel after [5] days, a processing fee of [2]% may be deducted from your refund amount. Any additional service fees already incurred may also be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Delivery Initiated: Once the delivery process for the Tennis 1500W has started, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained.

4. Refunds in Case of Product Unavailability
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-booking, you will get a full refund. If, for any reason, VLF India is unable to fulfil your pre-booking (e.g., due to stock shortages or production issues), we will notify you immediately. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within [5] working days.

5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. If the payment was made through other means like a digital wallet or bank transfer, the refund will be processed accordingly.
